Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for our products is 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-15 business days for international orders. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on factors such as weather, customs, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Address and Order Confirmation

Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If you need to change or update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can make any changes once your order is shipped.

Please check your email for an order confirmation after placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us by email. Please also check your spam or junk folder in case the order confirmation email was filtered out.

Shipping Restrictions and Customs

We ship our products worldwide, except to some countries or regions that are subject to sanctions, embargoes, or other restrictions. Please check the list of restricted destinations before placing your order. If you place an order to a restricted destination, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by your local customs authority or other governmental agency. These charges are not included in the price of our products or the shipping cost and are your sole responsibility. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packing and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you are missing any items from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or defective product if applicable. We will investigate the issue and offer you a solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Black Beauty Hair. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and any risk of loss or damage during transit.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product. Please do not send back your product without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Please note that some products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, such as wigs, hair extensions, hair accessories, etc. Please check the product description before placing your order.
